Services details
LeadMiner is an outsourced prospecting platform. On your behalf, we send prospects who match the criteria specified in your order by e-mail to obtain appointments for you and your team.
Commitment
When you validate your order on LeadMiner, you mandate us to generate new appointments for your teams for a period of 1 month for a pricing accepted by both sides, counted from the date the first prospecting emails are sent. We invest significant resources (purchase of domains, emails, mobilization of our account management and copywriting teams) to implement your order, all at our own expense.
Preparing your orders
Once this proposal has been validated, our teams will start preparing your order. All campaigns are managed in-house by our team. The sequences are drawn up on the basis of the briefing elements transmitted by your team in your order, and can be consulted once they have been validated by our teams.
Prospecting work
The number of prospecting campaigns that will be set up will depend on the number of appointments you wish to obtain. This number can vary depending on your target and your product. Several domain names can be purchased to prospect on your behalf.
These domains will be purchased and managed by our team once this sales proposal has been validated. A Google Workspace Professional account will then be set up, and the number of email addresses used will depend on the number of appointments you want. This number may vary according to your target and your product. Implementation costs and configurations (email warm-up, CNAME, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, etc.) will also be handled by our team. The number of LeadMiner Professional accounts to be set up will depend on the number of appointments you require. This number may vary according to your target and your product. It can be adjusted by the project manager in charge of your account.
Appointment scheduling
We include links to appointment scheduling in every prospecting email conversation. If you wish, you can synchronize your calendar with calendly so that we can take into account your actual availability. LeadMiner business developers do not take part in appointments sent to your sales reps. We are only involved in the appointment-setting process and in reprocessing in the event of a prospect's absence.
Appointments generated are recorded in two places:
- On our platform
- In your online agenda connected to calendly
Appointment qualification
For an appointment to be considered "qualified" (and therefore billable), it must meet two criteria:
- The contact person (and his/her company) corresponds to the targeting criteria entered in your order.
- The person shows up for the appointment.
If an appointment is not qualified, we allow you to report it to our team via our platform so that it is not billed. However, it is important to note that reporting appointments is subject to conditions, as specified below in this document.
What appointments are considered "unqualified"?
An appointment whose person and/or company does not correspond to the precise targeting criteria defined in your order (location, company size, business sector, job title). Please note that this information comes from Linkedin.com, which will be the reference base in the event of a query.
An appointment or a no-show on the day of the meeting.
Appointments considered as "unqualified" can be reported. However, it is your responsibility to report these appointments as such on our platform.
What criteria cannot be used to assess a nomination as "unqualified"?
The prospect's level of interest: Our role is to put you in touch with people who are part of your target, by prospecting them on your behalf, based on a series of prospecting emails that present your company. The aim is to enable you to meet new contacts and create short-, medium- or long-term opportunities. However, it's important to note that we don't manually pre-qualify appointments before the meeting on the basis of criteria other than those presented above. For example, the prospect's level of interest (e.g. budget, deadline, short-term project) is not one of the criteria used to assess the qualification of an appointment.
A prospect you already know, but who has not been added to your exclusion list: We make it easy for you to add the list of your prospects, customers and partners to the platform, to prevent them from being contacted by our teams.
We strongly recommend that you do this to avoid contacting your current or former prospects. If an appointment is made with one of your prospects and he/she has not been added to your exclusion list, the appointment will be considered valid.
Targeting criteria other than those presented on the platform: The segmentation of prospects we send you enables you to precisely target the prospects in your order, according to criteria such as their function, geographical location, business sector or other. In 99% of cases, these criteria are sufficient to cover all the targeting criteria required to identify your ideal prospects. Please note, however, that external criteria (e.g. tools used, industry-specific sales criteria, turnover) cannot be used to disqualify a prospect. Make sure that the targeting criteria you have at your disposal are sufficient to identify the right prospects for you.
Report an appointment as "off-target"
As part of our collaboration, LeadMiner gives you the right to check the conformity of appointments with the target initially defined in our contract. Thus, if a scheduled appointment is outside the target defined in your order. You have the right to report it so that it can be removed from the invoice.
Note: Appointments must be reported before the start of the appointment. Once the appointment has started, the button for reporting an out-of-scope appointment will be blocked. Furthermore, by reporting an appointment, you undertake not to have had any contact with the company/person concerned prior to the report (telephone contact, e-mail, etc.).
Finally, the report must be based on tangible criteria (see target contract) in order to be validated by our team.
You can report an appointment if :
- The business sector of the company listed on Linkedin does not correspond to what was defined in the initial target.
- The size of the company listed on Linkedin does not correspond to what was defined in the initial target
- If the company is not located in one of the countries mentioned in the initial target
- If no one in the company occupies a position related to the segmentation by job title/hierarchical level stipulated in the initial target.
The steps involved in declaring an appointment are as follows:
- Go to the appointment profile view, Click on the "Report" button
- Write an e-mail to your prospect to tell him/her that the appointment has been cancelled.
- Specify in the dedicated field, on which parameter you are basing your report. The following parameters can be taken into account (company size, business sector, location, contact person's seniority, contact person's sector within the company (e.g. Marketing, Sales, Human Resources, etc.).
Once reported
- Your prospect will receive the e-mail you've written to inform him or her of the appointment's cancellation.
- The appointment scheduled in both your and the prospect's calendar will be automatically cancelled.
- Our team will review your referral request. If the referral is not based on the contract, but on other criteria, our team reserves the right to include this appointment in the billing. The reference criterion for assessing a company's / prospect's compliance with the identified criteria is the categorization made by Linkedin.
Reporting an appointment as "no-show"
As part of our collaboration, LeadMiner handles the rescheduling of "no-shows", if they are reported less than 24 hours after the start of the appointment. You can report an appointment if the prospect has not shown up at the time agreed on the videoconferencing link, and you have been unable to reach him on the telephone number he has provided.
The steps to follow to report an appointment as "no-show" are as follows:
- Go to the appointment profile view
- Click on the "Report no-show" button.
Once reported :
Our team will call the prospect to reschedule the appointment, introducing themselves as a member of your company. If we are unable to reschedule the appointment, it will be considered a "no show" and will not be billed.
Case of "non-participation" of a customer in the initial appointment
The sales representative concerned will be responsible for rescheduling the appointment. The appointment will be billed on the original date.
Support
All exchanges with our team take place via the Chat channel located at the bottom right of your customer interface. This is the preferred communication channel for any questions relating to the follow-up of your appointments. You can also contact us at contact@leadminer.xyz.
Appointment billing
Appointments are collected at the end of each month, or when your account reaches a predetermined amount called the payment threshold, whichever comes first. An appointment is considered billable (i) if it has not been reported as "absent", (ii) if it has not been reported as off-target against established criteria, and (iii) twenty-four (24) hours after the appointment date and time.
Payment threshold
This is the cost amount at which billing is triggered. It starts at a fixed level of one hundred dollars ($100).
Options
If you wish, you can subscribe to additional options, invoiced in the form of licenses. These options are billed on a monthly basis, at a price predetermined on the platform.
A free trial period may be offered for these options. Once the one-month trial period is over, the option will be billed to your account on a monthly basis.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Any month started is due.
Cancellation
You can request the interruption of your appointment orders by notifying our team via contact@leadminer.xyz. Interruption of campaigns will be effective :
at the end of the billing month if your campaigns have already begun
30 days after the start of your campaigns (sending of the first e-mail) if your campaigns have not yet begun.
Please note that campaign termination only concerns the cessation of the sending of new e-mails to your prospects. New appointments can still be booked up to 30 days after your termination. After this period, the appointments generated will not be billed.
